I have did not post yesterday, for I was away from the computer. I apologize, but I assume that you have something else to occupy your time, even if I don't post on the blog.
Today, in drama class, I got to lead part of daily warm-ups. It was a type of "I say it, you repeat it" thing. Its called "Princess Pat". Apparently, it is something done in girlscouts a lot. I wouldn't know. I was never in girlscouts. But my friends informed me of this, for they were in girlscouts.
Anyway, it involves a lot of jumping around an yelling and it is really fun. I might someday post a video of it for you all to see, but you can easily look it up on youtube, for that is where our class learned it from.
O, the Princess Pat
She lived in a tree
She sailed across
The seven seas!
She sailed across
The channel too!
She brought with her
Arigofbamboo!
Arigofbamboo!
Now what is that?
It's something made
By the Princess Pat!
Its red and gold!
And purple too...
Thats why its called
Arigofbamboo!
Arigofbamboo!
Now Captain Jack
Had a mighty fine crew.
He sailed across
The channel too!
But his ship sank
And yours will too,
If you don't bring
Arigofbamboo!
Arigofbamboo!
Now what is that?
It's something made
By the Princess Pat!
Its red and gold!
And purple too...
Thats why its called
Arigofbamboo!
Arigofbamboo!
The thing is, when we say "and purple too", we say it quietly, and in a way that makes you think that purple is a code word or an inuendo of some sort. It is rather fun an hilarious and I hope to be able to lead it again soon.
Today is Wednesday, which means that I do NOT have one act practice today, and I may go home like a normal person and do things that I want to do and need to do. Like, wash dishes (GRRRRR) and work on economics homework and check my e-mail and work on dual credit work(grrr) and work on youtube videos that I have not gotten the chance to edit yet. I really no longer have any time for fun things except on saturdays and wednesdays. But even then I have things that interrupt me and waste my time.
By the end of the week, I should get my new glasses and my meekakitty and mindgeek bracelets in the mail. I am excited about this. I have waited more than a month for the bracelets and almost two weeks for the glasses. I really really want the glasses to arrive because they are my doctor who-ish glasses. Like the ones that David Tennant wears.
I really hate not being able to do youtube stuff like I normally do. I want so badly to just sit down and film and edit and whatever. But I never have the time. And my camera is dead so I have to use my mom's. And I think my free trial of powerdirector is almost over. And Doctor Who is distracting. And I have to do chores. And teachers think that I need homework. And my sociology teacher hates highschool students, AKA ME.
But its red and gold... And purple too.
I think I might incorporate that into an actual song or video someday. I just like the way that it is random and fun.
Love,
Elizabeth W.

Wow...
449... All I can say is wow... I never thought I could get so many views in one month. Thank you all so much. I have no doubt that you all will each 500 before tomorrow.
Hecticness. That is what my day has been like so far. Yesterday my mom lectured to me for an eternity becuase I hadn't asked the yearbook spnosor about senior page details. She made me write down a list of things to ask about. I technically didn't ask about one of them, but I figure I have enough information to live through Christmas.
I also get to be Santa today. I brought all of my friends' Christmas gifts to school and I am slowly giving them out. Technically, I am only giving out three today, but that is the majority of them. My friend, Ellen, and I exchanged gifts first thing this morning. I gave her a Doctor Who shirt that I had made, along with a personality-describing shirt and a Christmas ornament with her name. She got me a TARDIS. We are such Whovians. The tardis is about four or five inches tall and when you pull it back, then let it go, it moves forward and spins and bobbles like the real TARDIS. She says she had to resist the urge to open it and play with it. She supposedly ordered a Dalek for herself that does something similar.
In spanish class, which is my last class of the day, we are going to have our secret santa gift exchange today. I really cannot wait to see who my secret santa is. A couple of people already know who theirs is, but I think that just ruins all of the fun. I really don't care what I get, I just want to see how well this person knows me.
Last period, I sat and talked with my friend, Aymie, the whole time. We spent quite some time on the subject of "adventuring". Personally, adventuring is one of my favorite things to do. Basically, adventuring is going out into the woods or down the road or in an old abandoned house just to see what is there and possibly picking up a cool souvenir while you're there. Its not criminal activity because we don't break anything or damage property in any way. Its just cool to see things like that and think about who might have lived there before or who might have left such an object behind and why.
Its like being an explorer or the star of a mystery novel. Adventuring is something that is best to do with friends, too. No less than one, no more than four. Everyone's imagination is going crazy as you wander through uncharted territory. Everyone is silent for the most part, so any animal noise, a rustling of leaves, or a random shout from a mile away scares the living daylights out of everyone. Its scarier when its dark, but adventuring can be done anytime. The real entertainment is being somewhere that no one has been in quite some time. Occasionally, you find things that lead you to think that someone might be living there now or has been there recently. Sometimes you get yelled at by people who see you, but don't even own the property.
I am absolutely starving right now. I have not eaten anything at all today. I didn't really have dinner last night either. I only have about an hour until I can have food, so maybe I can survive until then.
Tomorrow, I will post the 100th post and my fanfic. I'm not completely finished. I might just have to find a stopping point and pick up at a later date. I really don't know how long this story will be, but I think I will start typing the draft today.

Boredom Busting
Apparently, I am equipped with the ability to finish all of my school work super fast. This is really annoying in some cases. Like, right now. I came into class, got started on work, had to wait for the teacher to explain what else we were doing, then did the rest of the work. Now, I look like a slacker because the teacher doesn't see me working on an assignment. Little does he know that I have already finished it.
This is why I take advanced classes. Regular classes move too slowly and I become bored soon. However, some classes lack an advanced version, so I am stuck in situations like this. Sometimes I can find something to entertain myself. Occasionally, I'll sit and read a book or, if I am in a computer class, play spider solitare on the computer. Otherwise I might update my blog or write a story. But, as of this moment, the teacher keeps yelling out, telling us to make sure we finish the second part of our work. But I have finished it!
Before I got back into blogging, I would write stories about the kid who sits next to me in this class. It would normally consist of him being tired of being in school so he blows up the classrom and runs away. He would steal the principal's car and fight off a pack of wolves while robbing a bank. The only reason I would do it is to make him laugh and to waste time.
Today in theatre class we had a free day (a break from all of that rehearsing) and I found a new boredom buster. It involves two people. You take a piece of paper and draw a stick person on it. The other person then draws something trying to kill/destroy it. Then you go back and forth saving and destroying the stick figure. I found it to be rather entertaining, especially when both people are very imaginative.
Our drawing war, as it is called, included references to many things. First, there was Doctor Who, the sonic screwdriver, and the Tardis, along with several Daleks. There was also Ursula from the little mermaid and flounder and a mermaid. There was the Titanic and the Iceberg. However, the drawing is not finished. When it is, I shall most likely take a picture of it and show you all how epic it was.
Yes, my friends and I are nerds and 90's kids. But the best part of being a nerd is that you can almost always find people like you.
Pokemon
Doctor Who
Disney Movies
Old Nickelodeon Shows
Star Wars
Converse
Glasses
Yep, that pretty much sums up most of us. Okay, so maybe not the converse and glasses for all of us, but you get the idea. And each of us is a slightly different kind of nerd. Some of us are video game nerds, others are drama nerds. Only, I think drama nerds sounds strange. Probably drama geeks.
